Nous proposons un stage conventionné au poste d'assistant.e Business & legal affairs. Le ou la stagiaire travaillera avec le Business & Legal Affairs, l'Administrateur des productions et la Directrice générale de la société. Le stage est d'une durée de 3 mois minimum et consiste à participer aux missions suivantes: - Initiation d'une semaine sur le financement et le juridique appliqué à l'animation (séries TV principalement), - relectures/notes portant sur les contrats d'auteur, de coproduction et de diffusion, - veilles thématisées (MAJ juridique, social, financements français et étrangers), - suivi de signatures, - participation à l'élaboration des dossiers de subventions régionales, européennes et nationales. - Participation aux réunions hebdo Business & legal de la société. Le contenu du stage pourra bien entendu être adapté afin de correspondre au mieux au profil du ou de la stagiaire.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We offer an internship position as a Business & legal affairs assistant. The intern will work with Business & Legal Affairs, the Productions' Administrator and the General Manager of the company. The internship is for a minimum of 3 months and consists of participating in the following missions: - One-week initiation on financing and legal applied to animation (mainly TV series), - proofreading/notes on authors contracts , co-production and distribution agreements, - themed monitoring (legal and social updates, French and foreign subsidies), - follow-up of signatures, - participation in the preparation of regional, European and national subsidies requests. - Participation in weekly Business & legal meetings of the company. The content of the internship can of course be adapted to best match the profile of the intern.
Profil recherché
-Etudiant.e.s en fin de cursus Bac +4/5, spécialisés en droit des affaires ou droit de la propriété intellectuelle/ droit de l'audiovisuel. - Intérêt prononcé pour le secteur. - Forte envie de mettre en pratique les enseignements théoriques acquis
WANTED PROFILE
- Bac +4/5 , specialized in business law or intellectual property / audiovisual law. - Interest for the audiovisual industry.
